How to Use?

  • Daily apply honey directly onto the affected skin area after washing it thoroughly
  • You can also make a scrub using honey and crystallized sugar
  • Scrub the affected area with it gently for a few minutes and then rinse it off

2. Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Mix two teaspoons each of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar and raw honey in a glass of water

  • You can also apply apple cider vinegar directly to the skin by mixing one part vinegar and one part water

3. Oatmeal

  • Grind one to two cups of oatmeal in a blender or coffee grinder
