Sleep Apnea also spelled as Sleep Apnoea, is a sleeping disorder. It is characterized by pauses in breathing when the person is fast asleep. For Obstructive Sleep Apnea
This happen when the muscles in the throat relax. These are the muscles that are responsible for supporting tongue, tonsils, soft palate and uvula.
