Other than these, air conditioners and dehumidifiers can also do the some effect to clean the air.

Add turmeric to food

Whether it is a minor allergy that leads to sneezing or a major issue like immunity boosting, turmeric has its name in all these since ages. It is one of the most preferred products used by humans for healing purposes since ancient times. Although drinking it raw with milk may not be a much tasty choice, applying it will not be that much bad idea. Fish oil supplements are believed to reduce the level of leukotrienes, chemicals that contribute to the allergic reaction. They are specially recommended for people with allergic asthma. Not only while dealing with allergy we take fish oil supplements, it also has several other health benefits.

It is a form of ancient Chinese medication, which many allergic people have found helpful for them. Experts don’t know for sure why acupuncture helps, but suspect that it curbs inflammatory immune-system substances involved in allergic reactions. But it is scientifically proven as well that acupuncture done correctly, by pressing on the right points reduces the frequency of allergic reactions.

It is best used as a long term remedy and many people start taking it about a month before allergy season arrives to help prevent allergy symptoms. Quercetin is a natural bioflavonoid that is believed to help stabilise mast cells to prevent them from releasing histamine. It is also a potent antioxidant that is said to help reduce inflammation.
